All Benalla Business Dollar$ gift vouchers will be stamped with a BBN stamp and a GMCU date stamp to confirm they are legitimate BB$.  Any businesses accepting vouchers that do not have these identifying stamps will not be honoured by BBN.

All businesses wishing to redeem Benalla Business Dollar$ can only do so by returning presented vouchers and a correctly completed Redemption Advice form (see pdf below) to Benalla Business Dollar$, P.O. Box 760, Benalla, 3671 or hand delivered to GMCU, Bridge Street, Benalla by 5pm each Friday.  Vouchers will be collated Tuesday for funds to be released to your business.

Redemption funds will be sent to businesses via cheque or internet transfer upon receipt of a correctly completed redemption advice (see pdf below).  While every effort is made to ensure funds arrive in your account within two business days from each Tuesday BBN accepts no responsibility for delays how so ever they were caused.

Claims for redemption of vouchers over $500 can be processed sooner. Please contact BBN on (mobile / email) or GMCU for information.

The Benalla Business Dollar$ program is run by Benalla Business Network Inc.  Any complaints need to be in writing and sent to Benalla Business Dollar$, P.O. Box 760, Benalla 3671.


All Benalla Business Dollar$ to be redeemed by business must be received by close of business Friday.
