About BBN
Benalla Business Network (BBN) is an independent, community-led organisation supporting businesses across Benalla and the surrounding region.
We bring local businesses together, create opportunities to connect and collaborate, share information and resources, and provide a collective voice on the issues that matter to our business community.
Our members represent businesses of all sizes and across a diverse range of industries. Whether you’re a sole trader, retailer, professional service provider, tourism operator, manufacturer or larger employer, BBN provides a way to connect with the wider Benalla business community.
Meet the BBN Committee
Benalla Business Network is led by a volunteer committee of local business and community representatives who contribute their time, experience and ideas to support Benalla's business community.
Our committee works with BBN members, local businesses, Benalla Rural City Council and other stakeholders to strengthen connections, advocate on issues affecting business and deliver initiatives that support the local economy.

Our Strategy
BBN exists to connect, support and enable local businesses, helping to build a stronger, more confident business community in Benalla.
This concise strategy outlines BBN's vision, three-year goals, five strategic priorities, a realistic operating model and a clear roadmap for Year 1. It recognises that BBN operates with limited core resources and must leverage project-based, time-bound support from volunteers and interested stakeholders.
The strategy emphasises consolidation and focus in Year 1, building foundations before growth in Years 2–3.
