BBN Three Year Strategy

EXECUTTIVE SUMMARY

The Benalla Business Network (BBN) exists to connect, support and enable local businesses, helping to build a stronger, more confident business community in Benalla.

This concise strategy outlines BBN's vision, three-year goals, five strategic priorities, a realistic operating model and a clear roadmap for Year 1. It recognises that BBN operates with limited core resources and must leverage project-based, time-bound support from volunteers and interested stakeholders.

The strategy emphasises consolidation and focus in Year 1, building foundations before growth in Years 2–3.
